Each month, thousands of new entities are registered in the UK. A few of them are fund partnerships, general-partner and carry vehicles, and BidCo/MidCo/TopCo acquisition stacks. Those are early, public signs that a fund is raising or a deal is underway. This feed pulls them out of the register and makes them easy to browse.
